Summer Queen Update
I've been busy working on Summer Queen this week. Seems like time to share an update here.
Last time I posted a photo of it, it looked like this:

The annoying thing on this one was that I thought I was practically DONE, until I noticed an entire lower section hadn't been completed.
Now it looks like this:

So I just need to finish the white patch in the middle, close to the bottom--and then also I need to complete the beads and a bit of outlining. The beading is a bear to me, but I'll get through it.
Thanks for stopping by today.

you are so right, beading is not the most fun thing to do.
but, it gives such a wonderfull effect, when you''re done, you will be so happy that you did them, every last one !

Nice progress, she's looking lovely. Good luck with the beading, that is such a bear to do, but it does look wonderful.

You do beautiful work! I'm afraid I may not have the patience and
stick-to-itveness (sp?) needed to complete projects like these! My goodness, they're lovely!
You also do beautiful work with words -- thank you so much for the wonderful, sweet comment you left on my blog about my mom.
You have made my day. :)
XOXO
